You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team, helping them operate at their best managing time, context, and priorities so the right things get attention and the noise fades into the background.

This is not a traditional "admin-only" role. You'll be deeply embedded in how the company runs. You'll see everything early, help connect dots across conversations and initiatives, and bring structure to an environment that's still being built.

Who we are looking for:

- You're an experienced Executive Assistant, but you're curious and ambitious about doing more than the usual job description.
- You're the kind of person who uses AI to be better at what you do & do more.
- You have strong taste in communication, organisation, and how things should be done and you're not afraid to suggest better ways of working.
- You're comfortable working with demanding, fast-moving leaders, and you know how to adapt your style to different personalities and situations.
- You're interested in new tools and ideas, especially where technology can make work smoother or more efficient.
- You have a life outside work, a point of view, and the ability to bring calm, structure, and judgement into messy situations.

The work:

You'll be the person who brings order to fast-moving days, connects loose threads across conversations, and makes sure important things don't get dropped. Sometimes that looks like handling logistics, sometimes like stepping in early to unblock a situation before it becomes a problem.

As we grow, how you work will quietly shape how the company works. The role will evolve with the team, and you'll have the space to take on more responsibility as you see opportunities to make things better.

We are funded, remote-friendly, and have offices in Bangalore and Goa.
