Human + AI > AI

Someone needs to build the interfaces where people interact with AI versions of themselves. Not chat for the sake of chat, but experiences that feel natural when you're talking to your Alt, refining how it represents you, or seeing patterns in your own thinking that you hadn't noticed before.

You'll own the application layer. The web experiences where users build and interact with their Alts. Profile pages that feel alive rather than static. Chat interfaces that work whether you're refining your Alt's personality or seeing how it connected with someone on your behalf. The moments where AI output needs to feel like insight, not just generation.

The technical challenges span the full stack. Real-time updates that stay responsive when AI is generating responses. Frontend state management for personalized AI that remembers context across sessions. UI patterns that make complex AI interactions feel simple - progressive disclosure, graceful loading, handling when the AI doesn't know something. You're building the surface layer, but you need to understand the backend well enough to make informed decisions about data models and API design.

There's also the craft side. Loading states that don't feel like waiting. Empty states that guide rather than confuse. Transitions that make AI responses feel conversational. You're building for people who expect consumer-grade polish, even though what you're building is entirely new.

What we're looking for:

You care deeply about how things feel to use. You've built web applications where the details mattered - where animations, loading patterns, and micro-interactions added up to something that felt polished. You probably have strong opinions about why some products feel good and others feel clunky, even when they do the same thing.

You're maximal about using AI to write code. Cursor, Claude, whatever works. But you know when to trust the output and when to rewrite it because the AI missed something about the interaction you're trying to create. Your taste in UX and product matters more than the code AI generates.

You think about how people actually interact with products. The gap between what makes sense in a design file and what makes sense when someone is using it in the wild. You prototype quickly, show it to users, and aren't precious about rebuilding when the first version misses.

You have opinions about AI interaction design. Maybe about when to show the AI "thinking" and when to hide it, or how to make generated content feel trustworthy, or what makes an AI product feel like a tool versus a toy. You're excited about building with AI but skeptical of patterns that don't serve users.

You ship full-stack. Modern web frameworks (React, Next.js, whatever makes sense), comfortable enough with backend systems to own features end-to-end, capable of working across the stack when needed. You can debug production issues and you think about performance, accessibility, and edge cases.

The work:

Building the web application where people create and interact with their Alts. Interfaces that make personal AI feel natural. Figuring out what patterns emerge when users are working with AI versions of themselves.

We're early and figuring things out one prototype at a time. If you're curious about building novel AI experiences and want to work with good people, let's talk.

We are funded, remote-friendly and have offices in Bangalore and Goa.
